i think this doctor is an orthognathic, does he actually do implants? maybe he had some dental implant for functional purposes actually? because it doesn't look to have any aesthetic difference, like there's no wraparound implant

tbh most of his results look shit, but maybe the wraparound implant is just limited to begin with

I only see difference in the chin slightly. He wasn't that recessed to begin with. Also on the site:
