this guy perma bloated to 330 as a PLer and cut to 220. face looks way leaner ofc and body is very good for natty (assuming he is). U are not going to "maingain" to that size unless u want to take 5x as long.

This is why I refuse to go on roids and continue to lift natty. Even if it takes forever for me to get gains lifting natty. Because I still have my hair mostly intact at 37 years old and I want it to stay that way.
