what if I microblade my eyebrows, get a blepharoplasty to remove upper eyelid droop, get tear trough filler to remove lower eye dark circles, get green colored eye contacts, get a rhinoplasty to remove minor dorsal hump, get a genioplasty to vertically extend chin, and drop down to 8% body fat? so probably a $30,000 (maybe more) investment in total. would I be good then?

I'm not 15%. I'm 21%. The reason I might look 15% is because my weight is like 150 lbs at the moment. But that doesn't relate to bodyfat. One can be at a high bodyweight but at a low bodyfat percentage. Likewise, one can be at a low bodyweight but at a high bodyfat percentage. I'm "skinnyfat," meaning I'm at a low bodyweight but at a high bodyfat percentage. If I posted pictures of my torso without a shirt on it would become clear I am 21% bodyfat (or close to that anyway).

Damn at least you're slaying, I can't slay shit (I mean, tbf I haven't tried, and I won't be trying until I looksmax to at least 5.25 PSL which won't be happening anytime soon; before then, I'll be too scared to attempt anything).

I happen to be a part of a fairly wealthy family and I have roughly $120,000 USD to spend (this is money just to freely spend, excluding all the money I have invested and saved for other purposes). So this $120,000 I wish to spend on travelling to the best surgeons in the world to get the best surgeries possible. I'll do anything it takes, I'll risk my life

I'll first drop to 8% bodyfat and see if I even need buccal fat. If my buccal fat is fairly reduced after dropping to 8% (rn 21%), then I won't get it. Otherwise I'll get that. I don't think I'll need it tho once I drop to 8%. As for zygo implants, the only reason I've decided against them is because after doing tons of research it seems they're hit-and-miss.
