I was at the store today to buy vitamin D3 and decided to go with 75 mcg (3000 UI) a pill (its the highest they have).
When I went to the cash register this fat subhuman bitch asked me if I'm sure about buying this product (cos its a "high" dosage) and I said yes, she then told me to only take once every two days because it can mess with my liver.

I'm planning on taking one everyday. Thats good enough right?
I've seen people here recommend absurd dosages 10k+.

I take 50.000 once a week. Never felt better in my life. Your dose is pretty low. Also don’t forget to take magnesium because vitamin D uses a lot of it.

Why the fuck would you need all that.
You do realize that any extra dosage you take gets flushed in your urine.
You are just throwing money down the drain and damaging your kidney.

Been taking vitamin D for 4 years. No stones.
Nothing wrong about taking vitamin D.
But overdosing on something that gets flushed in your urine and causes calcium buildup.
Is absolute retardation.

No buildup if you take magnesium with it

And why bother with all that shit.
When you can just take the required dosage?
“The required dosage” is the same as the claim that 400 ng/dl of T for a man is normal.

Well it is the lowest average on a scale the more you increase it the more you will notice its impact.
But any excess vitamin D literally gets flushed in your urine.
So you are just damaging your health and wasting money.
Do what you want to do bro I am just giving you a heads up.

the fuck... i will build my way up to 10k a day and see how I feel. I also bought a calcium, magnesium mix with a lil bit of d3 in it. How much magnesium should I take with it? ratio? Its also said that calcification can take place but it is preventable by drinking lots of water... true? I also know vitamin k2 will help with calcification.

what would you say a good vitamin d3 : k2 ratio is?
how much vitamin k2 for 3k ui of vitamin d3?

Yeah let us see what happens when you have kidney stones.
I've indeed seen people on here talk about 20k d3 daily and someone and his nephew ended up with kidney stones. But then again, it could be caused by improper pairing, like not enough water, k2, magnesium etc.
But you do have a point its the same as taking a huge dose of vitamin c for example, you will pee it out and your shit might be more watery but thats it, no negative side effects. but the question is why... same thing for vitamin d. I've done almost zero to none research about vitamin d but it might be companies that want more money by telling customers to use less so they will buy more and still not get enough, research can be funded by big companies just for their favor, but take this with a grain of salt cos im just theorising.

I took 50k D3 daily with k2 for 5 months and had no problems. My T levels ended up really high.

How much k2 did you take alongside with the d3? Did you take magnesium?

@zxz 5000 mcg and magnesium about 800mg

so dividing it by 5 means 1k mcg k2 and 160 mg magnesium, thats if im taking 10k mcg d3 daily
