how much should you take?

It depends on how much vitamin D3 you're taking. Just use this formula:

K2 = D3 (IU) x 0.025 x 0.8

For example, if you take 5000 IUs of vitamin D3, then you should pair that with 100 mcg of K2.
I heard that you need to take 10000ui of d3 I was planning on paring that with 100mcg but the formula says 200 what should I do?

If it's Mk-4 then you should probably go as high as taking 1g of it. If it's Mk-7 then anywhere from 100 to 200 mcg is fine, ideally you should go for 200 mcg, but it's unlikely you'll have issues with just 100 mcg.

If 100 mcg is easier for you, then do that.
