Magnesium malate and calcium k2 in the morning, Multivitamin omega 3 and d3 at dinner and magnesium bisglycinate before bed. Make sure you get good brands that share COA's with high absorbtion forms tho
anything in particular though?
if you want the truth the very very BASIC advice given unto you hopefully by your parents is best like the basic shit eating vegetables and meat and fruits and bread etc in balanced portions going to bed early and waking up early playing a sport focusing on your studies all of these things will make for a good life your looks are capped genetically the only things that can truly help them outside of the basic softmaxxes are invasive and like as not for you out of reach

i’m really pale will d3 help with that or no. if not should i take astaxanthin, betacarotene and lycopene

Bit excessive on the magnesium, make sure you're keeping your electrolytes in balance.

D3 won't help, where are you on the Fitzpatrick scale? If you're really pale, the only worthwhile one there is astaxanthin (for the red undertones). But people yelp on about how it's detrimental to your DHT levels, so evaluate.

can magnesium ruin your blood
If you take too much, of course. If you take too much of anything, it'll kill you.
But magnesium is good for you, and people generally lack it because of the calcium sulfate dihydrate in the soil.

Beta-carotene helped me alot with pale skin, it helps colour your skin abit more orangey, tan looking (its found in carrots but its better to buy suppliments cuz theres not enough of it in an single carrots, you would have to eat like 3-4 everyday)
