Why do people still use pills for vitamins? It is known that it digest like shit and you can get these vitamins doses in a hour for free.

You can DOUBLE your vitamins doses naturally with these foods:

Zinc: oysters, beans, nuts.

magnesium: leafy greens,seeds, nuts

Calcium: yellow cheese, milk, fishes.
