I’m taking ashwaganda KSM-66 (nutrition geeks ashwaganda+) it also has L-Tryptophan 200mg and vit b6 1.7mg. With 25mg Zinc bisglycinate, and I also have 4000iu D3 + 100ug K2 and magnesium 400mg with 3.92 mg per serving.

Zinc and half magnesium tablet with vit d3 in the morning

Late afternoon ashwaganda

At night 1 magnesium

But I realised I was like triple dosing vit b6 so and I think it was the L-tryptophan and vit b6 was doing some weird shit idrk so my routine now is

Morning: Zinc, vit d3 (once a week cause before I was taking each take)

Late afternoon: ashwaganda

Night: 1 magnesium

I’m also doing 8 weeks on zinc 2 weeks off and for ashwaganda 4 weeks on 2 weeks off

I’m basically asking if I’m retarded and my logic is dumb and basically asking for some help and a little explaining on what I’m doing right and wrong u get me
 
ashwaganda makes me think of a gd level or a world like agartha
