W/o surgery How can I get chin projection/mandible growth at my age?

I’m 18 and turning 19 in a couple months, my lips are further out in my side profile than my chin so I wanna know what I can do other than surgery /threads I can be linked to get a better jaw. I also wanna know if its over for my mandible and maxilla or not
