read the pdf before. then put excel sheet on your phone. put in your PRs for all 4 compound lifts then do the entire 9 week cycle. you take entire 1 week off to recover (natty things). then you test for PRs again and replace numbers with new numbers. you do 9 week again. you repeat this until you're david laid

Why are you running his program if if you don’t do squats
i do them but i skip one of the 2 leg workouts each week + i dont emphasize on progressive overload regarding squats. i still get stronger on it over time its just not like with other lifts where i go crazy with pre workouts and go for PRs all the time etc.

Squat is one of the most fun to train bro
405 squats each 3 sets?
3 rep max so only 3 reps then the rest of the workout
