You're doing your gymcelling all wrong.
i do them but i skip one of the 2 leg workouts each week + i dont emphasize on progressive overload regarding squats. i still get stronger on it over time its just not like with other lifts where i go crazy with pre workouts and go for PRs all the time etc.Why are you running his program if if you don’t do squats
