Orthopedic surgeons. Pelvis open reduction surgery should be North of 10k -15k. Although it won't be easy to find a surgeons to do it for cosmetic reasons, maybe for FTM trannies?

If I had Gandy's hips but not his face/height, I would roid like he does or try to convince Paley (arguably the best LL surgeon there is) or one that specializes on Coxa Vara corrections and wants money $$, to do a femoral head reduction, but it would cost a lot.
