Thank you brother.Cable crunches but you face away from the machine for abs, and kettlebell side bends for obliques
is this enough for Ab day? Sorry to bother youCable crunches but you face away from the machine for abs, and kettlebell side bends for obliques

some people say dont train obliques because it makes your waist larger, reducing your v-taperWhat are the most optimal exercises for your mid section obliques abs etc, thanks guys hope everyone is doing well
Decline weighted sit ups for upper abs (You literally just have to go up and down but with cable crunches there is a little bit of form to it so overall you cant mess up sit ups) Hanging knee or leg raises for lower abs (Knee raises are better imo as most people just use their hip flexors for leg raises and not their lower abs) and for obliques declined weighted russian twists (trust me bro this blew up my V line a lot and you can actually progress on it unlike most oblique exercises but its almost to a certain point) Also try hitting abs twice a weekWhat are the most optimal exercises for your mid section obliques abs etc, thanks guys hope everyone is doing well
I have a pretty wide frame and good waist genetics so I dont think it will be a issue but I appreciate your concern.some people say dont train obliques because it makes your waist larger, reducing your v-taper
