you just walk at streets when there is good weather outside, i spammed this method at june and got average of 14700 steps a day.

it usually takes up to 2 hrs everyday, but you still probably going to spend this time watching tiktok, so you can watch tiktok/rot on looksmax.org while walking down the streets.

lost like 6-7 kg in 1-1.5 months just by that and eating less+eating more meat.(note that i was 71 kg and now 65, so i was not fat starting, going from 16 bf to like 13-14)

IMO its much better than just starving since you get more energy by walking + health benefits + mood benefits + etc.

would probably buy a small walking treadmill to watch tv series, rot on org while walking during it. Health benefits are insane.

water is wet but very lots of people get like 0 physical activity, walking sounds stupid but it works wonders. Stopped going to gym, started walking and feel like x2-x3 happier.

are you aware that walking doesn’t build muscle? jfl, if you were going gym to feel happy you were going for the wrong reason

going to gym sucks anyways, bodyweight exercises or training outside(ilive in europe) mogs. I just do like 2-3 sets of pullups, 1 set of push ups and train neck with water bottle method.

humans were hunter gatherers and hunter by walking, actually i was going to gym for 2-3 years before that because it was fun JFL. You must absolutely hate yourself to go to gym while you dont feel good from it.

I mean I don’t feel good or bad about it really. But i'm going for the purpose of building a physique rather than feeling good abt myself

like that but on bed/bench outside, if you outgrow water bottle just put sand/small rocks inside.

ts is the method, put on a good fit and airpods and just walk, could also try and play eyetag with girls walking by or approach, made me go from 73 kg to 66.5, also OP is right the gym sucks and walking is so much better.
