Waterstarving and Cardio

Im waterstarving, as of today, for 3 days in total. I always go for a 3km run every morning, should i stick to that or will my hunger be a lot more intense?

Do you not need water to burn fat? Just cardio and starve instead of dehydrating yourself
 
Stick with it. I also did a water fast for a week and an hour of cardio a day. Then continue your normal cut. The only thing you have to pay attention to is your electrolytes.

i just came back from a 3h bicycle mountain ride and im exhausted. Do i break waterfast?

bro youre going to ruin yourself in the long run and maybe even short run by doing this. this is going to make you look sick and will age you badly, just eat a healthy diet (cut out inflammatory foods and seed oils most importantly), and focus on maxxing health indicators + other looksmaxxes, but doing this is shit

Really not long enough to reap noticeable fat loss. Just cruise on like 2-4mg Reta for a few weeks and you'll be well off.

I wanna do it for 3 days just once to lose some weight fast, ima do the healthy diet after that dw boyo❤️
