My vitamin B12 are on the low end bro.

My B12: 264 pmol/L

Reference intervall: 156 - 672

Should I supplement B12?

I think oysters have those also rich in selenium and zinc which is good for thyroid and testosterone resp. Just once or twice a week would be enougj
