I disagree with this. As long as ypu are able to meet the basic needs and provide a decent enough life for a child you can have kids. In a slum ypur children won't have the luxuries obviously but as long as rhe needs are met you are good. many of the world's greatest leaders and scientists came from severely shitty backgrounds.
