I personally had the plans with my surgeon to get cheek implants then jaw implants later if i wanted to.

After seeing countless botches and less then a handful of... decent results, i opted out and just got BSSO.

I now plan to get jaw filler 2ml per side, 2ml chin, 0.5ml per cheek. just to start with then i can add on.

I get tazarotene from greece (tazarane) its sold as a cosmetic, so non prescription. Also sold in Spain and Portugal, but greece is most economic for me.
