was at 235 now at 229 was able to increase my lifting gains by 5%

I'm trying to lean out not get bulky. that's pretty good since I'm dieting better.

Depends on your strength, I usually start with 25s and can control the weight all the way down. I don't swing my arms or use my traps to lift it.

Find a weight you can do 10-12 reps with where you can control the weight and not cheat. Cheating is especially bad for this exercise cause it will all go to your traps but not be enough to grow your traps either.

start off small so you won't get sore, you need to consistently workout and if you sore then workout your other parts of your body

actually the workout program I'm doing is good and also good for beginners
