I've been doing neck curls for a good few weeks now and it's been pretty legit for me as I started to see results fairly quickly. I believe that's because the neck muscles are barely ever trained during physical activity so hitting them brings good results in a short space of time.
Anyway, I just recently upped the plate I use for my neck curls from 5KG to 10KG. I think I'll stick this out until I can get it to 20 reps x 5 and keep it at that. As much as I've researched how to do them safely, it's still something I want to be extra careful with.
But still, I'm intrigued to know, for anyone who is currently doing neck curls as part of their routine, what weight are you using and for how many reps?
