count calories with an app (eat at maintenance level, you will still lose weight if you are new to this).

if you feel hungry do cardio, drink water or coffee (protein too).

wake up and repeat

you can lower calorie intake by 200-300 calories every 2 weeks or when you don't seem to make any progress


low effort thread, but there's no other magic and if you follow through you will lose weight

people say water but so many dieters fail to understand this basic concept. especially fatcel copers on this forum
