Tbh tbh you need to Do it for yourself. If you want to lose weight for GL girls It’s not gonna work. Don’t go on a treadmill and starve just gym and eat calorie deficit. Gym is actually Pretty fun after a while. It’s a good Cope. Make it enjoyable and you Will stick to it
 
Remember dont go crazy on diet, dont cut calories drasticly and be patient. Also lifting and gym will raise your testosteron, reduce estrogen and stabilize your other hormones so you will feel better in every aspect of your life
 
You just need to start it. You'll get more motivated as you progress because you'll see small but visible improvements every day/few days especially weightwise in the beggining(assuming you're on a decent deficit) .
Since your tdee is high you probably will never feel hungry if you eat the foods you should be eating. If you're too lazy and don't want to weigh your food and count calories everyday you can try 5:2 fasting.
Eating a lot of vegetables, low calorie and high in protein foods is almost a must when you're not counting calories because it guarantees a high chance of not surpassing your daily tdee and remaining in a deficit.
