Today I'm 56.7 kg. Was hovering around 57-58 kg last week and started off at 59 kg.

For anyone wondering, I cut meat from diet and am doing some exercise to burn fat and build some muscle.

I'm more than half way to my goal of 55 kg. At that point I'll see if I want to go down to 50kg or not.
