i am being deadass it took me time to open up about this but i have been trying really hard to lose fat i used to be 97kg 35 percent body fat now i am 83kg 1 to 20 percent body fat i tries every diet starvation OMAD low deficit but after like certain leanness or weight i always rebound harder then last time i get too hungry my appetite spirals no matter what i even inject semaglutide from grey market no work i spent all my shit on drugs yet nothing worked for me i dont know what to do i always fear staying the same while also being disgusted at my body daily at the mirror i wish i was able to lose mor fat i still try but each time i see it get harder and harder

You should understand that calories and other shit is scam and doesn't practically work

Change your eating habit to eating only 1 time per day some good food
And if you want eat more eat something that doesn't increase blood density, like vegetables

After you stopped feeling hungry from eating 1 time per day you can optimize that to eat less and only vegetables

And you should stop inject all shit you do to your body too

Diet soda and caffeine/coffee will change ur life, diet soda fills in your sweet cravings while caffeine reduces your appetite

still tho I want you to be healthy so only do it minimally don't abuse stuff or hop on any of that stuff, it's pretty simple, just about diet

Usually I distract myself with anything so you don't have this whole routine of like " breakfast lunch snack dinner " just having like 1 meal or 1/2 big meal nutrient dense meal a day and ur good

Carbs get stored in the body as fat so removing them will make your body enter ketosis (The process of your own body burning body fat, as a replacement for energy.)

Just chill and enjoy the process you should wake up in the morning sometimes and feel the face a little slimmer or notice abs popping out of nowhere all the way through

Eat a lot of animal products too (Fish, fruits, meat, chicken, eggs, beef liver, butter, milk, etc).

If ur hungry just watch a PSL Gods compilation of walking in the runway and imagine what you're missing out on

my current diet is accurate to every signgle molecule it is 3 eggs and a kiwiw at morning with sups at lunch it is handfull of spinach half bell paper and 50g mackeral fellet for dinner i have 300g of chiken breast 300ml whole milk 40g oats 100g fat free greek yougurt blackberry raspberry blue berry strawberry and another 3 eggs i dont use oil at all aswell this is the best i am trying my bmr alone is 1800 i dont do cardio cuz i do boxing 3 times a week so the ret are lifting days
