i am 76kgs at 15 and 168 everyone is telling me to not cut during puberty because i won’t get any taller so i have to be fat and ugly asf for 3 yrs and wait 3 yrs to lose weight omg whyd i even go to gym if i am not losing any weight ill stay fat asf these three years if i maintenance weight and lift i don’t rlly understand this what’s doing gym while maintaining weight and being overweight do to me

just go in a small deficit only crash diets could fuck you up
