what do u guys think of my 200 cal deficit at 15 trying to lose weight while growing taller too
im 76kgs and 168 at 15
rest days:
10k steps
eating 2400 since my maintenance would be 2600
gym/active days:
10k steps
1 hour incline treadmill
30-45mins of heavy lifting
eating 2800 since maintenance is 3000 on those days
am i calculating wrong? help me with anything missing
