did a little bit of everything besides lower body, but tmr my friend that works at the gym will show me around and show me how everything works. then next week ill go into ppl x ul

so far its good and i might become a gymcel.

I remember doing that exact split and it was quite fun but not optimal but that doesn't matter that much just have fun and enjoy the workouts bhai:feelshah:

The most optimal splits would be fbeod and upper lower or that one that one front and back split but it doesn’t matter that much just enjoy your workouts and focus and nutrition and sleep

it is really optimal thoo u hit every group twice a week and its not too much not too less in days
