In general, wealthier people have fewer children on average. Even in places in Africa, wealthy or middle-class people usually don't have many kids, but poor villagers have 12+ kids. White countries are wealthy, so women will have fewer children on average. It's similar to wealthy countries in east Asia which have a negative birthrate. South Korea actually has the lowest birth rate in the world with less than 1 child per woman and it's also one of the richest countries in the world.

It's not about IQ, it's about wealth and education. Even in Africa, it's not the educated middle class or wealthy people breeding, its the poorest half of the population. Most well-to-do people in Africa have like 2 kids, but poor villagers having 10+ kids is quite common. Mulitples studies have shown that as a population gets more educated and wealthy, the birthrate always falls without exception.

You are correct. Birthrates in industrialized, urbanized societies tend to decrease. Two things to keep in mind, though:

1) The things that make whites comfortable having kids (coherent, safe communities, trust towards their neighbors, a general feeling of optimism about the future, etc.) are all decreased by these policies. Thsi most likely depresses the birth rates even further. (I say most likely because I have not seen data on that aspect specifically.)
2) Population decrease is not always a bad thing. There are many benefits (more land, cheaper housing, less competition for necessary jobs related to education and infrastructure, less crowded classrooms, etc.). The problem is that when you import a bunch of foreigners when your native population is decreasing, that is a formula for a complete loss of your society. Jews have enthusiastically supported race replacement policies in all white nations.
