I take 10.000 IU d3 + k2,10mg boron, 8mg astaxanthin, multivitamin in the morning. 5gram creatine after training and 450mg magnesium before sleep, I used to take ashwaganda but it made me feel like shit so I quit. I’m thinking about adding 25mg zinc+2mg copper.
