I take 10.000 IU d3 + k2,10mg boron, 8mg astaxanthin, multivitamin in the morning. 5gram creatine after training and 450mg magnesium before sleep, I used to take ashwaganda but it made me feel like shit so I quit. I’m thinking about adding 25mg zinc+2mg copper.
What should I add/ change
 
why are you taking 10k d3? are you deficent?

100% add the copper and zinc, make sure to add both at once, might as well add lactoferrin, small buff, same with omega 3+ vitamin c, can help with skin and other shi

Okay thanks, I was thinking about adding omega 3 but it’s just pretty expensive
