What are my options to get a straight ramus ?

I have a Ramus that is slanted inwards quite a bit. This condition fucks up my bigonial width and and makes my front profile look fairly round.
Are Custom Implants my only solution to this problem ?

what do you mean this condition? your development?

I doubt your ramus is actually shaped like this.

Simply push the fat on the region inwards and you will see your true ramus slope, which will be vertical.
