how to tacke social anxiety specifically, fucks me up when i can’t feel comfortable in a social setting. Body language second, how to read it and how to not seem weird and awkward around others. I got a long night ahead of me so i just want to get some reading done.

Those are good topics, but thing is bro they are too general (especially the body language part)
You'll learn more from putting yourself in the position (IRL) to notice the micro-similarities and differences between how somebody infront of you is acting, and all the people you have seen before. It's the equivalent to how you can read all you want about the perfect way to hit a football, but you won't become a footballer
Put yourself in the deep end, if you really care about trying to fit in (read below)

For the social anxiety one, you're doing two things:
1. giving too much value to others
2. giving too little value to yourself
I used to do this, but I explained what helped me. It was a complete change in how I view life

Nothing really matters as much as everybody around you has made it seem.
We are too involved and attached to everything.. the idea of image in this case.
Only after you adopt a similar mentality, you'll be able to look a random human in his or her eyes (no matter how they look), and realise that neither their exterior nor their interior defines them
The real life force that is inhabiting that human's body in front of you, is only inside for a few more decades

After which, their genderless soul might inhabit an entity living in the year 3000, or maybe a random fisherman from a Chinese village in the 1600s, or maybe even your own body
