CB-03-01 isn’t a 5ar inhibitor like finasteride. It’s a topical antiandrogen so it blocks androgen receptors directly on the hair follicles. And even if it goes systemic it will quickly get metabolized into essentially nothing so no effects. Also fin/dut don’t give erectile dysfunction but at that age it can mess with penile development so not a fan especially since it also inhibits allopregnenolone synthesis
