what barbell movement mimics lifting a guy by his shirt in the air?

i need to train for this so i can lift up fat subhumans
 
Best exercise for doing this is legitimately getting a friend to let you lift him up by his shirt.

But you'll need strong forearms, good grip strength, strong biceps, strong back. Pull ups and chin ups (weighted) would probably help, although I've never tried to lift a man by his shirt.
