What diet should I consider to get lean?

If I don't eat enough, I get terrible headaches. For example, If i were to eat dinner around 8 or 9 then just eat a banana for breakfast at 7 I would feel terrible until I eat something else. I'm also trying to prioritize clean skin. I'm in decent shape, but I just feel like I can't get lean no matter what I eat or how much I run

Stick to whole foods, limit your consumption of ultra-processed rubbish

Consider the diet where youre eating less food than you have been consistently eating, as for your headaches take some form of medicine, caffeine or nicotine.
 
Just eat healthy stuff and you can cut without going hungry, you can eat a fuck ton of chicken and rice while staying in a deficit

Not really, rice is incredibly easy to overeat
