What diet should I follow and what gym split should I do?

I'm a beginner and I'm trying to lose weight the only way is a calorie deficit obviously but like what should I avoid and what should the restrictions be in my diet?
 
any diet from which you get adequate amount of carbs fats and protein which fits in your caloric budget

What about carbs, protein and fats
try to minimize fats , maximize protein and carbs and eat carbs b4 workout and the amount of carbs and proteins and fats depend on what kind of diet ur eating
