My goal is to lose weight while building muscle and my schedule is busy but not quite busy, I just can't stick to PPL 6x a week since mental drain bc I overthink ALOT, even on the simplest things. I know this is like my 1293214011th thread asking this shit, but everyone has a different opinion and I genuinely can NOT decide since I'm a perfectionist so instead of actually doing shit I get stuck on this bs.
