Which diet and gym split should I follow?

My goal is to lose weight while building muscle and my schedule is busy but not quite busy, I just can't stick to PPL 6x a week since mental drain bc I overthink ALOT, even on the simplest things. I know this is like my 1293214011th thread asking this shit, but everyone has a different opinion and I genuinely can NOT decide since I'm a perfectionist so instead of actually doing shit I get stuck on this bs. :feelswhy:
 
Full body every other day, takes 1h-1h:30 if you lock in and leaves you plenty of time on rest days to do cardio if you dont want or have time to do them on work out days

diet: just avoid eating anything super processed, eat in a deficit obviously hit your protein and avoid snacking through out the day you can search on the internet for low calorie high protein recipes
