Common misconception. That’s the androgenic anabolic index for RATS in experiments. Basically one leg muscle growth is compared to the growth of a rats prostate (side effect) to get an idea of how strong a compound is relative to its side effects.

From anecdotes, during a calorie surplus Tren is 2-3x stronger than test.

why would you jump in at tren lol

i bet you cant bench 2 plates or squat 3 have 15 inch biceps and weigh less than 200 pounds

natty training isnt a meme unless u have statistically dogshit genetics, most ppl put 30% effort in

im not saying you shouldnt ever roid im saying you should build a base first when for ATLEAST the first 2 years (esp as a teen) you make gains like a hot knife through butter

every cycle you do = more hair loss, more acne, more issues that you need to fix with things that themselves have issues

for example you might not get hair loss or acne on cycle but you might get gyno, then you need an AI, then you might get acne, shit dry skin and hair from the AI

why not get the most out of the cycle, newbie gains are like TRT at the very minimum

Most pros only use tren a couple of weeks before competition since it’s only useful to preserve muscle in severe calorie deficits, but Anavar should suffice for most.

Both greatly block cortisol

there are so many better places to ask questions about compounds and steroids than looksmax, just go to disboard and lookup steroids or go on reddit lol. youll find CONSIDERABLE amounts of information. make sure you do PCT (post cycle therapy; eg you run enclomiphene to restart your hormone production after a cycle including testostorone or a suppressive cycle), and do your research on the side effects of certain compounds and how to mitigate them. for ex some of the aromatizing side effects of testostorone are gyno, bloating (bad for looksmax), low libido and low erection quality
