Yeah, maybe for short people, but i am 6.4 with no back and huge legs ,waste of time if youre not planning on doing mma or something

You don't get it, muay thai is part of mma. You can compare muay thai with boxing or taekwando or something, but mma is like a combination of different combat sports, so it's not fair to compare mma with muay thai or any one dimensional combat sportyes they can.
who do you think will win in a street fight. a guy who joined a mma gym and learned AT LEAST the basics of ground game and striking or a guy who does muay thai only and gets taken down and choked out within seconds

its like saying u cant compare a boxer to a kickboxer because boxing is part of kickboxing. u can compare any martial arts for street fighting
