so , as a 15 yo who trains 6 times a week (3 gym , 3 swimming alternated) every morning i take 5 g of creatine monohydrate , then 20 mins before i train any of the 2 i take 4 branched aminoacids and while i train i take whey vanilla protein (1 scoop plus water in a small medium flask/mixer shit) .
Is this good for overall mass / proteic intake?
