so , as a 15 yo who trains 6 times a week (3 gym , 3 swimming alternated) every morning i take 5 g of creatine monohydrate , then 20 mins before i train any of the 2 i take 4 branched aminoacids and while i train i take whey vanilla protein (1 scoop plus water in a small medium flask/mixer shit) .
Is this good for overall mass / proteic intake?

I don't know a lot about creatine, but doesn't it cause hairloss? Moreover 6 times a week is excessive training, even with BCAAs. Unless swimming is something you have to do, why do it 3 times a week? The chlorine + shampooing after every swim wrecks your hair and skin. long term even with protective care. Also how can anyone say if this is good or bad without knowing what the rest of your diet looks like macros-wise
