would be weird if it's diabetes.IDK, I've been taking mk 677 for 1 year and my blood glucose is normal
I think that 4000 cals a day is a norm for active males at the weight of 73 kg. I've read in historic books that Russian peasant used to consume 3000-4000 calories a day. When I exercise, I do it very vigorously, I go to failure each set, also despite training only 3 times a week I have quite high volume (24-32 sets for each muscle group in a week), so I think that the exercise affects my metabolism greatlywould be weird if it's diabetes.
You should definitely see a doctor if you're legitimately eating 4000-5000 calories and not gaining weight. Either you're not absorbing the energy which is a good indicator for multiple syndromes and conditions or some drug you're taking has broken the limiter on mitochondria formation and you risk your body heating itself to death.
