What does it mean if my uee goes away if I open my eyes wide(without moving eyebrows or squinting or moving any muscles besides my eyelid)?

Does this mean it’s ptso is my problem and not bone/fat pad?

Basically if I keep everything the same, nutrual expression, relaxed brows, but I open my eyes wide and lift my lid up all my eyelid exposure goes away
