I was told 4.75 - 5 PSL, long midface, but my face is my face.
I run, but don't lift weights. Will getting more muscle mass really make a huge difference? I've heard of this mindset called controlled chaos, where you're calm and collected, but ready to take charge at a moments notice, is that also legitimate?
Any other ideas? Thanks!
