What does it mean to be 5 PSL, what can I do to further improve myself without surgery?

I was told 4.75 - 5 PSL, long midface, but my face is my face.

I run, but don't lift weights. Will getting more muscle mass really make a huge difference? I've heard of this mindset called controlled chaos, where you're calm and collected, but ready to take charge at a moments notice, is that also legitimate?

Any other ideas? Thanks!

if you were told that you are a 5 with a long midface, then for females you are a 4 at most

you are above average. you can maybe gain 0.5 to 1 psl. Do you have abs?

I do, but I'm skinny so I feel like it doesn't count.
