Just focus in the filers out in the lutien Astaxanthin supplements and you should be fine but I’ll be honest with you it will decrease dht by causing decrease in 5ar somewhy lmao anyways I’d recommend taking a Lutien supplement and then getting Astaxanthin from food like fruits and plants etc

nobody on here will know as its not researched. theres only a study where its taken with saw palmetto that also reduces DHT so nobody can tell.

i took it for months if not years and had weakish erections but couldve also been from eating like shit and not working out for a while

Don’t over think it just search fuits high In Astaxanthin and get them and they prob won’t decrease dht
