Is the shape of the medial canthus determined by Cheekbones, brow ridge, forward growth or is it purely genetic?

mainly undereye support, go to a mirror and tense your lower eyelid and your medial canthus will get better

I have already good undereye support (especially the left one), yet I have an average medial canthus (I guess, because it's short in length but downturned a little).

Do you also believe that brow ridge prominence has an effect on medial canthus?
