What ethnicities of women are usually off-limits to white (or white-passing) Chads for LTRs?

I noticed that women of certain ethnicites, if they LTR (NOT FUCK) a white man, he is not anything higher than a MTN.
Off-limits = unwanted for LTR

IMPORTANT:
Turkic is NOT the same as Turkish. Turkish is light MENA.
Central Asian = Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc. Afghanistan is NOT considered Central Asian for this poll.
I grouped them with HAPA because of the 10 options limit, but since this for the West, this category mostly concerns HAPAs.
