what exactly is frame?

So basically Broad shoulders qirh thick neck is great frame
 
Anthropometrics(everything bone measurment).
They are very important as force is created by leverages and bone density/size reactive tissue and space.
For example, throwing a punch is not mostly a matter of muscle size of the pecs shoulders and obliques but things like arm length& clavicle length are very important as they allow a higher space and therefore latency to produce force without compromising your body position, bone density and size is very important during impact , high tendon lenght(triceps) allows you to produce a higher amount of reactive force as they act as an elastic, vastly superior to tricep muscle size in terms in force produced in very small units of time.
All the anthropometric factors trump by miles artificially inflated muscle size and are highly selected by the opposite gender, that is why in pure blackpill communities it is known that gymmaxxing is a cope.

You can't be a twink with broad shoulders thin waist and big bones

Is this why Heavyweight ufc fighters look unaesethetic wise, but in terms of pure mass they are big ?

if all of this is big including a big skull, will this make you very heavy and potentially be able to fight in heavyweight ufc division ?

i noticed most heavyweight ufc fighters have square shaped torsos due to their slightly- above average pelvis size

As i said bone size which includes arm bones. It's good for lot of puching power.
sheesh, how important is fat or muscle ? can you hit hard if ur fat ?

Exercise is usually defined ad walking or very short bouts of 20-30 minutes.
Going 1h30 5 days a week is another ballpark.
Even if it was "proved" you need to realize that muscle by definition is metabolic tissue, that is partially why women outlive men by 7-8 years,they are simply smaller. A healthy level of muscle mass is what you naturally sustain.
It is true that some level of stress is shown to increase life span by lenghtening telometers, but that threshold is very low.
And that is without accounting all the behaviours associated with gymmaxxing like rampant caffeine consumption, overconsumption of carbs etc

Your frame is your claivcle length (long thick bone under your neck and on top of your chest), and your bideltoid length (measuring distance from one shoulder to another).

Plenty of people have broad shoulders with small wrists for example. Thickness and broadness are different.
I know that. I just said that thick bones + wide frame is the ideal.

Those are correlation studies. It doesn't prove anything. Obviously people that die early are diseased and are thus less likely to exercise. While healthy people that live long are full of energy and will be more drawn to and able to exercise.
But people that lived really long for example Jeanne Calment say that they never worked and only rested for their entire life. And it's obvious, if you don't wear out your body it's gonna last longer. If you don't put strain on your heart it's gonna last longer.

yeah breathing hard during workout is oxidative stress and can age you however old people die usually from a broken hip or something from weak ass bones , if you keep your bones strong as you age you will less likely get injured . Not using your jaw to eat will make your teeth weak and shrink your jaws
With the body the general rule is
If you don’t use it you lose it
You don’t use your muscles = they shrink
