Plenty of people have broad shoulders with small wrists for example. Thickness and broadness are different.

yeah breathing hard during workout is oxidative stress and can age you however old people die usually from a broken hip or something from weak ass bones , if you keep your bones strong as you age you will less likely get injured . But people that lived really long for example Jeanne Calment say that they never worked and only rested for their entire life. And it's obvious, if you don't wear out your body it's gonna last longer. If you don't put strain on your heart it's gonna last longer.
